Regarding personnel work, the National Assembly voted to approve the Resolution approving the proposal of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on the appointment of Judges of the Supreme People's Court for Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan and Mr. Le Tien by electronic voting.

Specific results: 451 delegates participated in the vote (equal to 94.15% of the total number of National Assembly delegates), 448 delegates approved (equal to 93.53% of the total number of National Assembly delegates), 01 delegate did not approve (equal to 0.21% of the total number of National Assembly delegates), 02 delegates did not vote (equal to 0.42% of the total number of National Assembly delegates).
